About Us
The Children’s Academy is a privately owned child learning facility ages 6 weeks to 12 years old. We have been in operation since 1999. We pride ourselves in providing each child with a warm, caring, fun environment while focusing on our commitment of educating the leaders of tomorrow.
Philosophy
Our philosophy is to provide a stimulating educational experience that promotes each child’s social, emotional, physical and cognitive development. Our goal is to support a child’s desire to learn and to provide quality care. Our small class sizes allow teachers to have a powerful impact on each child’s development. We provide individual attention that is essential during their early years.
Average Class Size
Our average class size at the Children’s Academy is 4:1 student-to-teacher ratio in the Infant to Twos programs. 7:1 student-to-teacher ratio in the Preschool to School Age programs.
Security & Watch Me Grow
Security is one of the utmost priorities at the Children’s Academy. We have safety features such as a secure door code system and an internal camera that enables directors to monitor and assist teachers. Beyond this, Children’s Academy offers advanced technology that enables parents to view children via streaming video on a secure internet site. The “Watch Me Grow” system allows parents, grandparents, or other family members to follow a child’s day by either watching live video or reviewing digitally recorded video from earlier in the day.
